They are also ready on short notice to perform complete engineering evaluations of machine rotordynamics, critical speeds, fossil fuel and nucleaer turbine-generator bearings, hydroelectric vertical guide bearings, tilting pad thrust bearing assemblies, oil cooling systems, and bearing damage root cause.

Once diagnosed, Pioneer can solve operational problems relating to the bearings by designing upgraded features for existing bearings or by custom designing completely new replacement parts. And then we can manufacture them in the modern manufacturing plant we designed and built from the ground up to handle bearings from the size of paper weights to automobiles.
