Pioneer’s long-established reputation for quality is founded on a simple idea: to remain focused on fluid film bearings and seals. We don’t reblade turbines, rewind motors or offer on-site general machining services.

Our focus has enabled us over generations to develop process expertise and grow workforce skills which are fundamental in achieving products and services with inherent quality.

As proud as we are of our quality assurance program, the best assurance we can give a customer is that we are one of the leading fluid film, babbitt bearing companies in North America.

No quality assurance system is a substitute for 80 years of expertise in our specialized field. Yet, no amount of expertise is a substitute for a quality assurance program.

Our Q. A. program compliments our engineering, manufacturing and repair activities and supports our objective to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services available in the fluid film bearing industry.

Original Equipment Manufacturers:

Pioneer is a qualified supplier of some of the largest manufacturers in the world of power generation, industrial and marine equipment. We routinely manufacture bearings and seals to OEM specifications. For some OEMs, we are approved to "ship when ready" direct to the OEMs’ customers, without source inspection. Our exclusive repair licenses with Siemens and ABB developed to a large degree from our long-standing reputation for producing quality products.

ISO:

We have released ISO 9001 procedures and are currently operating in accordance with them, while performing internal audits to insure compliance.
