This site has been optimized for Internet Explorer 3.x, 4.x and Netscape 3.x and 4.x browsers. However, due to the difference in the way each browser handles frames, the user, while in his or her Netscape browser may find it necessary to hit the browser's "back" button twice, in order to return to the previous web page. I.E. 4.x users will not experience this problem. Alternatively, we have placed a substitute "back" button as a solution to the above problem. This button works for both Netscape and MSIE users. Though we have made every effort to make our web site as trouble free to the user as possible, there may be instances in which an error occurs.
